Abstract submission

The abstract submission will be open between the 1st of March and the 30th (15th) of April 2025. 

Because of the many abstracts submitted, we decided to postpone the deadline for submission to the end of April

Students will be requested to provide a proof of their status.

Registration

Registration will open on April 15th and close on June 30th, 2025. A detailed timetable can be found below. Please be aware that later registrations will not be accepted.

The fees include attendance at the presentations and poster sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, ice-breaker party, mid-congress excursion, and gala dinner.

For this ICA, we will provide an option, including accommodation with breakfast!

For participants from low and middle-income countries (OECD), there will be 10 grants covering the complete cost of the registration (with accommodation).

The registration fees for the accompanying person will include accommodation, lunches, ice-breaker party, mid-conference excursion, and gala dinner.

*If you are a student, you need to provide a confirmation of your status, either from your doctoral school or from your promotor. Then, your abstract will be evaluated by the ICA Scientific Committee. The best 50 students' abstracts will be selected for the ICA grant provided by the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education. Students with the grant have only the option including accommodation in double rooms.
